Terms & Conditions
Scope
These Terms and Conditions govern all agreements between Bruun Management LLC, operating as NudeHaus ("Agency"), and its clients ("Creator") for the provision of creator management services. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms in full.
Services
The Agency provides services including account management, fan engagement, content planning, social media growth, and revenue optimization on platforms such as OnlyFans and comparable services. The exact scope of services is defined in each individual service agreement between the Agency and Creator.
Compensation
Compensation is based on an individually agreed revenue share model. The agreed percentage is applied to the Creator's gross revenue on the respective platform. All specific details are governed by the individual service agreement. No fees are charged upfront — we only earn when you earn.
Term and Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days' written notice to the end of the month. Termination for cause (extraordinary termination) remains unaffected by this clause. Notice of termination may be given by email to info@nudehaus.ai.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to treat all confidential information received in the course of cooperation as strictly confidential and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent. This obligation survives termination of the agreement. The Agency treats all Creator information — including identity, earnings, content, and personal details — with complete discretion at all times.
Limitation of Liability
The Agency is not liable for lost profits or damages caused by external factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to platform policy changes, account suspensions by third-party platforms, or changes in market conditions. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms is limited to the value of services rendered in the month in which the claim arose.
Creator Responsibilities
The Creator is responsible for ensuring that all content produced and shared on their account complies with applicable platform rules, laws, and regulations. The Creator grants the Agency the access permissions necessary to perform agreed services and agrees not to revoke such access during an active agreement without reasonable cause.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the economic intent of the original provision.
